Cascade Warranty Information:Cascade provides a standard 3 year parts and labor warranty on all custom build computer and server systems purchased from Cascade. At the discretion of Cascade Computers, a repair may consist of a partial or entire system exchange in order to expedite repairs within a reasonable time frame. Any shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. On-site warranty repairs are subject to labor and trip charges. Cascade reserves the right to replace components under warranty with manufactures equivalent upgraded component(s) should the original part(s) become obsolete. Exchanged parts may consist of RMA (factory rebuilt) products but will, at a minimum, finish out the original manufactures warranty. Warranty after the third year is limited to manufactures warranties (if any). If Cascade is involved in warranty exchanges after the third year, any charges (such as shipping and labor) that are incurred by Cascade will be charged back to the customer. Cascade's warranty is void on components that fail due to misuse of equipment or occurrences that take place that void the manufacture's warranty. Cascade's Warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including improper use, problems with electrical power, acts of God, accident, neglect, or alteration. Problems, errors or configuration settings that arise due to installed software are not covered under warranty. Warranty on the purchase of individual components (such as printers, monitors, scanners) is limited to the manufactures warranty. If you choose to return the product to Cascade for the warranty, labor and shipping costs may be incurred. Cascade Computers reserves the right to wait for a manufactures replacement component. Returns must be in new condition and in original packaging and are subject to a restocking fee. Defaced items are not returnable. Shipping charges, opened software, custom configured systems or special orders are nonrefundable. Cascade Computers is not responsible for data loss. Any data recovery efforts are subject to labor charges. In the case of lost or corrupted data in a warranted system caused by hardware malfunctions, Cascade will return the system to it's original purchased configuration. Additional software or hardware not purchased with the original system is the responsibility of the user. Customer supplied software, data transfers and desktop customization is invoiced at our hourly rate. |
