For products purchased from Cascade Computers, our technical support policy is as follows:
Any product which is installed by Cascade is fully guaranteed to be operating correctly. End user modifications which cause the product to malfunction may result in a service charge for repair.
If the end user chooses to install the product, the user must exhaust the manufactures technical support before calling Cascade.
Cascade fully tests all complete systems, however, we are not always able to test individual components that are sold separately. In the event that a component has failed out of the package, Cascade will replace the unit with a new one.
Cascade does not provide technical support on the general operation and daily use of software products that it sells. If you have a question concerning your software, contact the manufacture of the product.
