Cascade Computers primary business is maintaining business networks under contract. We have a wide range of contracts available for every size business, from the small one computer home business to large multi-site corporations. If you do not have a contract with us, or you are simply a home user, we can assist you as well. Please be aware that we do place priority on our contracted customers, then non-contracted business customers, followed by home users. Wait times vary depending on our current load, but is usually around a week for non-contract customers.
