If you are having difficulties with a product or service, we recommend that you contact the place of purchase, the manufacture of the product, or the provider of the service which you are having difficulty with.

For products purchased from Cascade Computers, our technical support policy is as follows:

  1. Any product which is installed and configured by Cascade is guaranteed to be operating correctly. End user modifications which cause the product to malfunction may result in a service charge for repair.
  2. If the end user chooses to install the product, the user must exhaust the manufactures technical support before calling Cascade.
  3. Cascade fully tests all complete systems, however, we do NOT test individual components that are sold separately. In the event that a component has failed out of the package, Cascade will replace the unit with a new one provided the return is within 30 days.
